How long will it take to complete my order?
All hand embroidery pieces require a minimum of 10-15 business days to complete. If I have a backlog of orders and your order will take longer, I will let you know via email. I can rush an order for a small fee if required. Please know that I work really hard to get all orders out as soon as possible, but I am a one man band over here. I’m also probably dealing with a dirty nappy, multiple spit-ups and a child who loves to scream so, you know.
All wooden wall hangings are ready to ship in 2-5 business days.
What if I need my piece sooner?
I have a rush order that is available to purchase. This guarantees that your order will be completed within 3 days, then express posted to you. Express shipping is included in the price of the rush order fee.
How does the handwriting embroidery work?
All I need is a clear image of the handwriting you are wanting embroidered. It can be from anything - an old birthday card, a handwritten note, a handwritten recipe, or even a child’s artwork. You just need to attach the photo to the order, or email it through to me.
Can you embroider other languages?
Yes! As long as I have a clear image, I can embroider it!
How does the portrait embroidery work?
Similar to the handwriting embroidery, I just need a clear image of the photo you want embroidered. I can send a draft sketch of the image before I start the embroidery. Please just let me know if you would like this done.
What if I want to change something in my order?
Please message me as soon as possible (noting your order number) so that we can discuss this what you would like to change. Most things can be changed, however if I have already started the stitching, it may not be possible.
What if I have any other questions or an idea for a custom order?
